I am a Dad to an amazing little girl called Chelsea that is my world, and a husband to a beautiful and strong women called Michelle.
My passion for health and fitness has been a lifelong journey, but it wasn't always smooth sailing. Even as a top-tier athlete and D1 soccer player in college, I struggled with maintaining my weight. Just a week off from intense exercise would lead to rapid weight gain, leaving me frustrated and on a constant hunt for the next extreme diet.
I dabbled in some pretty wild dieting methods, including days without eating, all in a desperate attempt to stay lean. These unhealthy patterns persisted into my 20s, resulting in drastic 20-30lb weight fluctuations as I continued to experiment with dangerous diets.
I genuinely believed my genetics were to blame, resigning myself to a lifetime of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin.
However, everything changed when I hired a personal coach and later became certified in nutrition. It dawned on me that I'd been unknowingly damaging my metabolism with these crash diets, which explained my constant weight fluctuations.
This realization was transformative. Today, I possess the knowledge and tools to shed fat healthily and maintain a lean physique year-round without the suffocating feeling of restriction I once endured.
